Procedure after payment:

Once the payment is visible the workbook and videos will be sent to the customer’s email address.  After downloading the manual and video, you have six months to complete the course. Completion of the course defines the passed exam. Exam questions will be emailed when you request them. The pass rate must be greater than 90%. To obtain the Certificate of Completion it is necessary to pass a written and practical part of the exam. Certificate of Completion will be sent via email within seven days from the date of passing the exam.
