These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Well of Beauty’s Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.  

“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Spain. Well of Beauty reserves the right to change the availability of a particular payment method at any time.

Please be advised that all products sold on Well of Beauty are intended for use by medical professionals. The manufacturer and we as the seller point out that injections of products with and without lidocaine should only be carried out by trained and medically trained personnel. All products that we offer on our website are not U.S. FDA approved, they are KFDA approved or have CE. In case of wrong or improper usage by unskilled or uncertified person, which might result in unwanted performance and outcome, Well of Beauty does not bear any responsibility in relation to product performance. 

Return and Refund Policy

Well of Beauty ONLY issue refunds if the package is lost or damaged. We do NOT issue refunds in any other case. In the event that the parcel is returned, we can issue a refund only after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and EXCLUSIVELY for the amount stated on the customs invoice. 

  • We do NOT issue refunds if the buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to pick up the package, pay customs and other additional costs, if he has ignored the calls or emails of the delivery company, if he has not met the deadlines for picking up the package, if he has not submitted the necessary documentation to the customs and state authorities on time bodies and the like.
  • Your refund will be according to the original payment method. The refund amount will be reduced by all transaction costs. Shipping costs are not refunded.  If a case was opened in the bank by the client and for this reason penalties were charged to Well of Beauty the refund amount is also reduced by that amount.   
  • In the event that the parcel is lost or returned due to damage caused by the delivery service, we can issue a refund only after the parcel is returned to the seller’s warehouse, EXCLUSIVELY for the amount stated on the customs invoice and AFTER the delivery service makes a refund money to the seller. This process can last up to 90 days.
  • We are FOB origin. FOB Origin means that the seller is responsible for the cargo until it reaches the port of origin and pays for export clearance fees. The buyer pays for import clearance and transport to the final destination. We as the seller are responsible for delivering the goods to the port of departure, clearing them for export, and loading the goods on the vessel. Once the goods are on the vessel/plane, the risk transfers from the seller to the buyer, who from that point is responsible for all costs thereafter. The customer is fully responsible for tracking and picking up the shipment.
  • In case of doubt that the payment was made through a transaction not approved by the owner of the account/bank card, etc., we approve the refund before the complete realization of the order and sending of the package.  In this case, you can only request a refund before your order has been sent. We do NOT refund money if the package has already been sent.
  • If you did not pick up your package in person, and based on the documentation that the courier service has, the delivery has been made, we are not responsible for the possible non-possession of the package and cannot issue a refund. In the event that you believe that you should receive a refund, you can request it from your local delivery service, which was paid for the delivery of the parcel, along with all the supporting documentation, pictures, videos, etc. If it is determined that the parcel was not delivered to your address, a refund will be possible EXCLUSIVELY for the amount stated on the customs invoice and AFTER the delivery service makes a refund money to the seller. This process can last up to 90 days.
  • If a purchase on our website is made by a minor who has made an unauthorized transaction, the parent/guardian/custodian is responsible for such an action and we do not assume any responsibility and we do not issue a refund.
  • Well of Beauty unfortunately does not accept cancellation or refund due to change of mind.

Please note that refunds can take up to 30-90 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Well of Beauty reserves the right to approve, reject or partially refund the payment at its sole discretion. 

What if the package gets stuck or seized at customs?

Even if it is expected that the package is stuck in customs, we must check it with the logistics carrier. It can take up to 14 days from the claim date. We can take no action without an update for 14days. If we receive an update from logistic before we will reply to you.

If the package gets stuck in local customs and is not released, there are two possibilities that the recipient should pay the tax fee, or the package was refused by customs. If the problem is a tax fee, it should be released by paying this fee from the receiver.

All products/devices that we offer on our website are not U.S. FDA approved. If, after purchase, there are any problems during the importation of the products into the recipient’s country, we disclaim responsibility for the occurrence of such problems and cannot issue a refund if the package is confiscated/detained by the customs authorities. In that case, the money can not be refunded. The buyer is obliged to contact the customs/courier service and solve the problem and pick up the package from customs.

If the parcel is not released from logistics with the reason why the receiver has not made the tax fee or he did not submit to them within the specified period the necessary documentation, it is not subject to the compensation/refund in any way.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.  

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address immediately after the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the entire package, the types of the items in the order, the recipient’s address and choosing a delivery method. Price may vary and for this reason there may be a need to pay extra for delivery services. We give our customers the option to choose the delivery method that best suits their needs.

We provide 3 shipping options:

Free shipping (for orders over $1000/up to 7 working days), Express shipping (up to 5 working days), Express shipping with custom shipping companies (up to 10 working days).

Shipping methods:

  • Express shipping no signature – basic express shipping without the recipient’s signature. The delivery service delivers the package to the recipient’s door without notification of delivery. The package is left at the recipient’s address even though the recipient is not physically available to collect the package. Delivery takes 2-4 working days.
  • Express shipping with the recipient’s signature – express delivery with the mandatory signature of the recipient. The recipient can be any person at the address indicated on the package. Delivery takes 2-4 working days.
  • Express shipping with custom shipping companies – express delivery using the services of third-party delivery services that include the costs of basic customs control. In most cases, this method helps with the customs clearance of goods, but it is not a guarantee that the buyer will not pay additional customs costs and tax obligations. Delivery takes 3-8 working days.
  • Free shipping – basic express shipping without the recipient’s signature. The delivery service delivers the package to the recipient’s door without notification of delivery. The package is left at the recipient’s address even though the recipient is not physically available to collect the package. Delivery takes 2-4 working days.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, bad weather conditions etc. Also note that delays are possible due to special legal regulations and restrictions due to Covid – 19.

Shipping costs may vary by country or address. We reserve the right to adjust the cost price at any time. Shipping time is 3 – 10 working days. Estimated Delivery Time is the time between your package being shipped out of carrier’s warehouses and final destination delivery. Estimated delivery time does not include supplier manufacturing lead time, holidays and weekends. The customer may be subject to additional customs duties, fees and/or import sales tax.

Well of Beauty assumes responsibility for the shipment only for the period it is in seller’ s warehouse. Once it has been taken over by the courier service, the responsibility for the shipment is taken over by the delivery service. The buyer, as a user of the delivery service for which he paid at the time of purchase, in case of any problem regarding the delivery of the package, is obliged to contact the delivery service, take care of the status of the package, be available at the time of delivery or, with the consent of the delivery person, change the delivery date and submit all necessary, requested information and documentation. 

4. Shipment tracking 

As soon as your order has been picked up by the delivery company you will receive an email with the shipment number. The tracking number will keep you informed of the location of your parcel.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact  the shipping company to investigate the issue. If your package has indeed gone missing, we will act in accordance with our refund policy stated above. 

6. Out of Stock

Our stock levels change daily and there is a possibility that the product may be out of stock at the time of your order. In case the product you bought is not currently in stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for us to be able to ship the paid product, with your consent we will replace the product with another of the same value. If we make a replacement for another product, the product that is not in stock in the current order will be sent to you with your second order. Since our orders have a MOQ, we will not be able to ship your shipment until this condition is met. If the product is discontinued, we will issue a refund for that product only.

7. Warranty Returns 

There is a period of no more than 2 days in which you can report obvious defects and transport damage. In the event of delayed notification or complaint, the warranty claim is void.  

We only initiate the refund, return or replacement process in cases such as given below:  

– Received Wrong Product 

– Missing Product in Order 

– Damaged Product  

To claim for refund, Well of Beauty requires to provide full video recording of procedure unpacking/opening of received package, which supports customer’s claim and help identify cause of the problem. We photograph all our shipments before packaging to avoid possible misunderstandings in the case of the contents of the package sent to the customer.  If video recording is not provided, no refund is available. The information about the issue should be made within 2 days of the delivery date. After this period, if no problem is reported, we will confirm the transaction as closed. Refund is available when products are returned back to seller’ s warehouse in original packaging and undamaged by the customer.   

8. Return Due To Change of Mind

Well of Beauty unfortunately does not accept cancellation or refund due to change of mind.

9. P.O. box and Military addresses

Well of Beauty will not ship to P.O. box and Military addresses.
